About LEESA
Leesa Askew is a transformational speaker, corporate coach, and author specializing in leadership development, team building, and diversity awareness. She partners with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to elevate their personal and professional presence. After spending over 16 years working in sales, marketing, process design and leadership for FORTUNE 500 companies including Bank of America, Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch, Leesa knows what truly drives positive transformations and results. It starts with self-assessment and taking supreme accountability with a healthy dose of motivation to succeed. Empowering others to learn this concept while achieving their goals, is her passion and purpose for becoming a speaker.
Leesa’s speaking zeal has grown exponentially with her membership in Toastmasters International. She is the 2018 International Speech Contest Champion for District 84.
Leesa believes that service supersedes self as she frequently volunteers in the community for various organizations. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., National Sales Network (NSN), and the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDA).
In addition to her extensive sales and leadership experience, Leesa is a wife and loving mother to her son Andersen. She enjoys memorable moments with her extended family and phenomenal network of friends. Laughing often, learning daily and traveling the world are her personal inspirations.
